Food Plan Manager

Bagelinos LLC seeks a Food Plant Manager in Rockaway, NJ. Must have Bachelor's in Agroindustrial Engineering or related and 60 months of experience as Factory Manager, Agroindustrial Engineer, Production Manager or related. Food Plant Manager is required to Product development for Products for School lunch programs that are gluten free and complies with the federal guidelines, Maintain Food quality control by following Safe Quality Food (SQF) fundamentals, Maintain and initiate all recordkeeping and key performance indicators pertinent to the Quality Department and (GQS) to include, but not limited to Food Safety, Sanitation, Regulatory Agencies (County Health, State Health Dept. and FDA, USDA), Assist the Quality Manager in conducting training and daily initiatives addressing quality, food safety, and sanitation issues to drive process improvements, Schedule meetings and organizes events to provide information regarding workplace safety issues to employees and managerial personnel, Maintains and reports sanitary conditions that may adversely affect food safety and quality and ensures that product quality is maintained, Monitors, measures and communicates unit safety trends, targets and impacts, Manage safe operation of various tools and equipments including an Empaform-5000 (Empanada Former) integrated with a Vemag system.
